LivionKey access with iLOQ S50 links any S50-secured entrance to a LivionKey 30 Key Automat in the same building. When an authorised visitor unlocks the S50 door, LivionKey instantly issues a time-limited digital key contract, allowing them to collect the traditional keys they need—no reception calls, no scheduled hand-offs. How LivionKey access with iLOQ S50 works?
An administrator installs one or more LivionKey 30 units inside the building, loads them with the required mechanical keys, links the front-door iLOQ S50 lock serial number in LivionKey Register, and adds the necessary iLOQ API credentials. This single configuration step turns the site into a hybrid-access environment.
When an authorised user unlocks the front door with their S50 mobile key, LivionKey instantly detects the event through the iLOQ API and creates an 8-hour key contract for that person—no extra provisioning needed.
The user receives an automatic SMS or e-mail containing a secure link that lists all mechanical keys stored in the building’s Key Automat. They simply tap to select the key they need.
At the Key Automat, the user presses #; the selected locker pops open and the pickup is logged. Returning the key is just as easy: insert the key, close the door, and LivionKey records the return. If the key isn’t back before the 8-hour window closes, the system sends timed reminders—and can escalate to the admin if a key remains overdue.
